All rolls of our company are subject to strict quality control from the beginning of billet smelting and forging. In addition to ultrasonic flaw detection and magnetic particle inspection, we use electronic energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) to determine the composition and content of roll materials and metallographic microscope to determine that the material structure and non-metallic inclusion grade meet the standards before they are transferred to production. At the same time, we formulate rigorous production processes and work instructions to guide and monitor production, Equipped with an ERP production management system and quality management system to control the entire production process, ensuring that all production processes have production and inspection records and meet traceability. Manufactured rolls require full inspection and review to meet standards before leaving the factory. Each roll must have a complete inspection report before leaving the factory.
