Product Description

Sendzimir mill, also known as 20-roller mill, is widely applied to cold rolling. Due to the tower layout of the roll system, the roll system has good rigidity. Because of small diameter of the work roll, it is mainly applied to rolling of difficult-to-form metal such as stainless steel, silicon steel and alloy steel, and thin strip steel (0.001mm). 96% of stainless steel strip is made by this kind of rolling mill.

Structural Features:

(1) The one-piece forged rack has high rigidity and the rolling force is applied on the cross section of the rack in a radial pattern.

(2) Small diameter of work roll, the percentage pass reduction is up to 60%, the thin strip steel is made of some materials with no need of intermediate annealing.

(3) The axial direction or radial direction adjustment of roll forming, dimension compensation, adjustment of rolling line, hydraulic press and hydraulic AGC system, good strip shape, high dimensional precision.

(4) Light weight, it is only 1/3 of 4-roller mill of the same specification. The rolling mill features small dimension and small capital investment.
